EPEE to host booth and organise joint Symposium at Chillventa

26 August 2014 – The European Partnership for Energy and the Environment (EPEE) is pleased to announce that it will be present at this year’s Chillventa exhibition taking place in Nuremberg, Germany, from 13-16 October.

EPEE staff will be managing an information booth in Hall 1/1-223 (see plan in Annex) and will be screening informative videos about EPEE’s main issues and the use of EPEE’s products in everyday life. Drinks and snacks will be available at the booth.

On 13 October from 1pm to 5pm EPEE and ASERCOM will organise a joint symposium, focusing on the importance of enforcing the new developments concerning Ecodesign, energy labelling, and the new EU F-gas Regulation.

Participants at the symposium will gain a better understanding of the new F-Gas and Ecodesign rules and learn how companies can make significant contributions to reduce overall energy consumption in Europe. There will be speakers from the EU Institutions, industry, as well as academics.

Finally, EPEE is planning a press briefing to take place at the EPEE booth during Chillventa. The exact timing will be announced in the next few weeks.

EPEE Director General Andrea Voigt said: “Chillventa is always a highlight on the HVACR calendar, and EPEE is delighted to once again have a significant presence and be organising what promises to be a highly informative symposium with our partners at ASERCOM.”

If anyone would like to meet with EPEE representatives at Chillventa to discuss the latest developments related to the HVACR industry, please do get in touch with our Secretariat.
